Hey, I’m Simi, the founder and creative director behind Vivante Studios, a DMV-based wedding and portrait photography studio serving couples across the United States. My love for storytelling began in 6th grade when my dad gifted me my first camera a spark that grew as I explored the world of short films and scriptwriting. Those early experiences taught me how to craft narratives with intention and emotion, shaping the way I now approach photography: not just as images, but as visual storytelling.

The name Vivante comes from the idea of living fully and vividly. It represents the belief that the way we live and the way we love are deeply connected an idea that reflects our philosophy: “How you love is how you live.” At Vivante Studios, we document weddings and portraits in a way that honors that truth, capturing the energy, emotion, and legacy woven into every moment.

Through the Vivante Experience, our approach blends editorial direction with authentic storytelling. From intentional lighting and refined composition to natural, effortless movement, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create imagery that feels elevated yet genuine.
